Milk and Cookies With Santa

Kaytlin's school had a holiday event called Milk and Cookies with Santa. They had tons of cookies with milk, arts and crafts, and a cake walk...and of course Santa. It was a lot of fun.

As you can see, Lacie was just in it for the candy cane. I had to bribe her to sit on Santa's lap.

Our second trip to Okuma.

We called this camping trip our extreme camping trip. Our second night there, we encountered 2 wind and rain storms...with winds between 30-40 mph...in a tent in which our rain guard acted as a kite, and threw the sand stakes out, and picked up our tent. It also leaked inside, and was wet...Needless to say, after the second storm, at 0500 we left......and came home for some much needed sleep.

Other than the storm, we had a good time swimming in the ocean, snorkeling, playing putt-putt, roasting marshmallows, and playing in the rain....We won't be going back for a while. I think we have all been a little scarred....but we'll get there again.

Kaytlin laying on her air bed playing her DS....that was when it was raining.
